About the Job
We are looking for a Supply Chain Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Planning and Analysis: Sales and Operations Planning, analyze existing materials, finished products and new product launches across manufacturing network.
- Collaboration and Capacity Enhancement: Establishing strong relationships with global supply chain organizations.
- Supply Chain Strategy Development: Analyze supply chain constraints and assist in formulating strategies to improve operational capacity.
- AI-based Product Launch Process: Analyse and establish AI-based product development processes, launches and inventory optimisation plans.
- Customer Satisfaction: High quality service levels for customers, ensuring minimal to no stockouts.
- Inventory optimization: Optimize inventory levels for the assigned category and ensure inventory numbers meet the target inventory levels. Minimize slow moving inventory and obsolete stocks.
- Collaboration with planners: Work closely with production planners to ensure a consistent supply of finished goods and raw materials.
- Market Strategies: Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements in the market, ensuring tailored services that effectively meet their specific needs.
- Returns: Optimise Return processes to ensure a consistent product-lifecycle planning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of “supply chain planning” experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing or a similar industry.
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or any relevant field.
- Understanding of S&OP - sales and operations planning process and experience in managing supply reviews as part of the S&OP cycle.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
- Focus on the quality of work and continuous process improvement.
- Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for the platform.
- Lead technical teams using methodologies like Waterfall, Agile or Scrum to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Manage end-to-end AI Lifecycle, and project phases.
- Knowledgeable of AI Pre Sales and Managed AI Services.
- Knowledgeable of Cloud, Modern AI and Big Data Platforms.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the project lifecycle, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage dependencies across different teams and proactively resolve challenges.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure deliverables meet business needs and quality standards.
- Oversee testing, feedback, and continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in managing projects involving AI, Big Data, real-time data, high-performance systems, or similar large-scale platforms.
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of the AI Data Project development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with integrating modern Big Data and AI software systems, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of real-time systems, data processing, AI lifecycle and Model development is a plus.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing, Fintech, Adtech, Energy sectors is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
